No matter how you want to get around Denmark, we have a place for you on FANØLINJEN. Find the ticket type that suits your needs below and read more about all the benefits associated with the ticket.

It only takes 12 minutes to sail between Esbjerg and Fanø (Nordby), and the ferries operate on a shuttle service most of the day. It is possible to book your ticket in advance online or buy it directly from the machines at the ferry berth. The prices below apply to return tickets.

Below you can see prices for tickets for children and pensioners who wish to travel with FANØLINJEN.

FAQ

Questions and answers about purchasing tickets.

: All children between the ages of 0 and 17 can do this. There are two types of tickets. One for children between the ages of 0 and three – and one for children from four to 17.

: 10-trip passes and annual passes must be purchased from the website. Individual tickets can be purchased from the vending machine or at the gate when it is staffed.

: Molslinjen must be able to account to Fanø Municipality, the Ministry of the Interior and Statistics Denmark how many people travel on each ticket type. This is also why there is still a ticket for children between 0 and three years old – and a ticket for children between four and 17 years old.

: The system is built on trust, so ID is not required on the website. When purchasing from a vending machine or when operating a machine, you may be asked to show identification.

: There will occasionally be spot checks after check-in. This also means that, as usual, a check fee of 750 kroner may be charged.
